These terms cover monthly trash can cleaning from The Trashy Cleaner at trashycleaner.com. By booking — online or by text — you agree to them. This is a plain-language agreement for a small local service, not a law-firm document.
The service
We wash residential trash cans on a monthly plan in Port St. Lucie, Florida and nearby neighborhoods when our route allows. A visit is a cleaning of the cans you signed up — lids, insides, and exteriors — not a promise they stay smell-free forever in Florida heat.
Price
$20 per month for 2 cans. Extra cans are $5 each. We confirm the count and total when we set you up. There are no hidden website fees; extras are only the cans you add.
Scheduling
We confirm your address and a start by text (772-291-3672). Once you are on the route, we come back on a regular monthly cadence. Text us if you need to skip a month or change the day.
Your part — make the cans accessible
Leave cans where we can reach them on cleaning day — curb, side yard, or wherever we agreed. If we cannot get to the cans (locked gate, blocked driveway, cans put away), we may skip that visit. Weather, storms, and HOA or community rules can also change or delay a visit.
Who we are
This is a kid-run, kid-owned local service in Port St. Lucie — not a franchise and not a national chain. An adult helps behind the scenes with safety and scheduling. You are hiring a neighborhood crew, not a big company.
No forever-fresh promise
We scrub so cans look and smell better. We do not guarantee they will never smell again, or that one wash erases years of buildup overnight. Florida sun and leftovers will do what they do between visits.
Cancel
Cancel anytime by texting 772-291-3672. We will stop future visits. Already-completed visits stay billed as agreed.
If something goes wrong
We take care with your cans and property. If we damage something through our work, tell us by text and we will try to make it right. We are a small local service. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a visit is limited to the amount you paid for that month’s service. We are not responsible for weather, HOA or city rules, trash pickup, pests, or smells that come back after we leave.
Florida
These terms are for a Florida / U.S. consumer-facing small service business. Florida law applies. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still stands.
