This page explains how we handle information when you book or text for monthly trash can cleaning. It is a plain-language notice for a small Florida service — not a law-firm document.

What we collect

On the booking form we ask for:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email (optional)
• Street address and city
• How many cans
• Notes you choose to share (preferred day, gate, dogs, how you heard about us)

If you text 772-291-3672, we also see your number and whatever you send in that conversation, plus our replies.

Why we collect it

We use this information to schedule visits, confirm we can reach your street, wash the right number of cans, and follow up about your service. That is it — running the monthly wash, not building a marketing list to sell.

Who sees it

Business admins see bookings in our private /admin CRM so we can run routes and talk to customers. If email notify is turned on, a copy of a new booking may also go to our business inbox so we do not miss it. We do not sell customer lists. We do not share your information for other companies’ advertising.

Where it is stored

This site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Booking records are stored in Cloudflare D1. The Cloudflare account is in the United States.

Texts

By booking or texting us, you agree we may text the number you give us about your service — confirming the address, the visit day, and related questions. We are not running a blast marketing list. Text us anytime to stop service texts or cancel.

Cookies and analytics

We may use basic website analytics (for example Google Analytics) when a real measurement ID is set on the site. That ID may currently be a placeholder, so analytics might not be running. Analytics, if enabled, is for understanding site traffic. It is not used to sell your booking details.

Kids

We serve households. We do not knowingly market to children as customers. A parent or other adult in the household should book. If you think a child submitted a booking on their own, text us and we will delete it.

Correct or delete

Want something fixed or removed? Text 772-291-3672 or send a note through the book form. We will handle it as a small local service — no account portal required.
